| America's largest manufacturer of motorhomes and other RVs, Fleetwood offers products at nearly every price-point from entry-level to ultra-posh. In March 2009, the company filed for bankruptcy. It said it would close its travel trailer business - but intended to continue making motorhomes as it attempted to reorganize.

It was battered by the 2008 recession - and in November, 2008, Coachmen's RV business was sold to Four Winds, which continues to operate Coachmen as a separate brand and company.
